“Our first luxury custom homes were especially important because they opened the door to increasingly complex projects,” says Prévost. “Completing our first 20,000-square-foot project marked another major milestone. It was followed by a 60,000-square-foot project, and eventually by developments ranging from 350,000 square feet to more than 1 million square feet. Each project further strengthened our reputation and demonstrated our ability to successfully deliver large-scale construction projects. Within our carpentry division, our growth followed a similar path. We began with luxury custom homes before progressing to 32-unit, 64-unit and eventually 100-unit residential developments. Each of these projects represented an important milestone in the growth of our expertise.”
