pectations. A good relationship between

meet these challenges together.”
COMMITTED TO
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
WestView has made a powerful commit-
ment to helping in the fight against breast
cancer. In October, the company was in-
volved in the “Pink is the New Orange”
campaign to raise funds in support of
breast cancer. In addition, the company
created its own small campaign in the
form of a pumpkin carving competition,
raising over $14,000. WestView Builders
also participated in a “Gingerbread House”
competition, which was aimed at raising
money for the Alberta Children's Hospital
before Christmas. The money was raised
using donations made by staff, friends and
business contacts. In total, all the builders
raised over $60,000.
The future looks bright for this innova-
tive and energetic company. WestView is
constantly looking for great development
opportunities and land acquisition deals.
In the words of President and Owner Jo-
hannes van Leenen, “As a home builder
you have to pick your market: right prod-
uct, right price, right location.”
