Lakes, and was the first to
provide a chlorination treat-
ment in North America. Their
commercial divers also per-
formed Canada’s first nuclear
dive where they dove into a
radioactive spent fuel bay.
“It’s only been done in the
states and a few other coun-
tries around the world, and
we were the first to do it in
Canada... it was a significant
