          purpose recreational facility.”
        
        
          Phase 1 is expected to be completed by
        
        
          the end of this year and will offer the com-
        
        
          munity two NHL-sized ice surfaces and a
        
        
          10-sheet curling facility.Totalling more than
        
        
          125,000 square feet, the twin ice arena
        
        
          will provide seating for up to 900 specta-
        
        
          tors, designated dressing rooms, food and
