The company’s approach is based on nearly 50 years of research into how Canadians live at home, including home visits and its Life at Home research, which helped IKEA understand evolving expectations around delivery, pickup and online shopping. “These insights consistently show that customers increasingly expect flexibility, convenience, and choice when it comes to shopping, delivery and pickup,” Daab says.
