with self-storage supply despite consis-
tent population growth,” says Reade

Bluebird has partnered with Life Storage
to grow its portfolio. “Having worked
with Life Storage for many years, we
have seen the success and innovation of
their operational and technology plat-
forms, such as Rent Now, their fully-digi-
tal rental platform that allows customers
to self-serve and complete their rental
process online,” says DeCurtins.
The expansion further cements Bluebird’s
status as a leader in self-storage, with
over 80 self storage facilities in North
America since 1983, and 25 properties in
Ontario over the past 15 years.
