          One source of strain, however, came from
        
        
          finding the right people for the right tasks
        
        
          — a time-consuming effort that took nearly
        
        
          two years. Weeding out the good from the
        
        
          bad and establishing a dependable core
        
        
          group of people were the primary chal-
        
        
          lenges faced by Baydo.
        
        
          “Having the money and the project and do-
        
        
          ing construction itself is really easy if you’ve
        
        
          got the right people doing it,” Gray said.
