It's the kind of landmark that defines a skyline, and the kind of complexity we're built for. From sports arenas to airports to healthcare, RWC has quietly delivered the walls and ceilings behind Western Canada's most iconic buildings and we're proud to be part of this one. When B.C. builds its biggest hospital, someone has to build the walls. The new St. Paul’s Hospital on the Jim Pattison Medical Campus is the largest hospital project in the province’s history: a $2.17-billion, first-inCanada acute care and research campus. RWC Systems is proud to be delivering the walls-andceilings scope alongside general contractor PCL Construction. Our teams are executing the interior of podium levels 1–3, the exterior walls across levels 1–11, and the East Tower interior on levels 6–11: more than 3.1 million square feet of steel-stud framing, 1.7 million square feet of drywall, 429,000 square feet of acoustic ceilings, and over 4,200 doors and windows — with roughly 100 personnel on site. To keep a project of this scale on schedule, we assemble the exterior walls in our shop and install more than 20 prefabricated panels a day, outpacing conventional methods while holding the line on quality and cost certainty. That’s what we mean by Complexity Delivered. From landmark healthcare to sports, aviation and institutional builds across Western Canada, RWC brings prefab-led speed and integrated scope to the projects that matter most.
